LaCrosse Footwear is debuting the Alphaburly Aero in Fall 2026, an evolution of the trusted Alphaburly line. Known for its premium, hand-laid rubber construction over a naturally insulating neoprene core, the Alphaburly family now advances into the next generation with AeroForm technology.
“AeroForm is LaCrosse’s next-generation underfoot technology, using ETPU beads in the midsole to absorb shock, return energy, and hold its shape—delivering resilient strength and reduced fatigue in every step,” said LaCrosse marketing manager Brooks Hansen.
AeroForm utilizes ETPU beads in the midsole to absorb shock, return energy, and maintain structure while significantly reducing density. The result is maximum cushioning, resilient flexibility, and sneaker-level comfort in a responsive, feather-light platform. Building on this innovation, the Alphaburly Aero is engineered to move with the speed and agility of a running shoe while standing up to the harshest outdoor pursuits.
“It’s light, durable, and extremely comfortable,” Hansen continued. “We were able to put running shoe comfort into a hunting boot and once you feel the difference you will never want to put on another boot. Built to help you go farther and stay out longer.”
The Alphaburly Aero introduces a suite of performance features, including a moisture-wicking Grid Fleece liner, Active Fit construction for an adaptive and secure feel, a stabilizing oversized X-Shank, and a BurlyTrak outsole designed to deliver confident traction across mud, rock, and snow.
Offered in both non-insulated and Solarcore insulated options—powered by NASA-developed Aerogel thermal technology—the Alphaburly Aero is purpose-built for all-day wear, rugged terrain, and extreme weather conditions. Available for both men and women, the Alphaburly Aero marks the arrival of a new Alpha in the rubber boot category.
